The set is 100% COMPLETE and includes all 4 minifigures (Palpatine, Pilot & 2x Royal Guards) and the instruction book! The parts for the set and the minifigures are all in excellent condition. The instruction book is in good condition for it's age; small tear on front back cover, but complete and totally usable. Parts have been sorted by color and bagged for easy building. Shipped quickly! Comes from selling an adult collector in a non-smoking home. No Box.
