VINTAGE 1940s STYLE mohair extremely warm hat versatile hand crochet original design made in Scotland unique warm selling organic colours practical

This vintage inspired hat in 1940s style I crocheted out of beautiful British make mohair yarn in Clementine Orange. Thanks to it's great quality and very close knitting, it's very thick (about 1cm) and extremely warm. In case you would need a softer then mohair yarn on your skin, I made the brim out of a soft wool and silk yarn in a gentle colours of Pale pistachio and Pale lavender. Flowers on the brim are made of Clementine Orange and Pale Heather. Between the main body and brim there is a petite leather label 'made with love by moon breeze'.

Each item I make is original and unique and will never be repeated in the same colour combination so you can be sure that you are the only one in the world wearing it. I believe this combination of organic colours will suit many different colours of your clothes. It's Vintage 1940s style will suit many dress codes, such as elegant, casual, practical, fashionable and mixed- styled.

I live in Midlothian and have been exhibiting my collections in Edinburgh Assembly Rooms and other towns in Scotland for many years. Designing, and then crocheting or knitting hats, scarves and other ladies accessories is my passion. Often I get inspired by beautiful Scottish nature and my imagination starts working. This passion I transfer into my work and I hope you feel it when you wear YOUR OWN HAT.

Hat is one size, it's diameter is 55-58cm.

Dry clean preferable. If you decide to wash your hat, please do so by hand, use gentle washing liquid and water at 30', reshape when almost dry. For best results, reshape on a mannequin head or similar shape object, and let it dry completely.
