Fabric for quilt top, backing and binding are 100% cotton. Snuggly “Warm and White Needled Cotton” batting made by Warm Company is purified cotton fiber batting placed between two fabric layers to create warmth and a cushion.

Cotton fabric has been pre-washed to set colors and begin softening using hypo-allergenic laundry detergent with no perfumes or dyes. Everyday use and washing handmade quilts soften them and create traditional crinkles and puckers. Recommend machine washing in cold water on gentle cycle then tumbling dry on low.
