Shop Policies:
Our plants are grown outside during the growing season, meaning some leaves may have imperfections. Cosmetic imperfections do not have any bearing on the health of the plant, and foliage produced indoors/under lights after acclimation to your space will likely come out without blemish. We guarantee a healthy plant that is pest and disease free with a functional root system. We ship plants in-pot and strongly suggest not disturbing the root system after shipping. If the media we grow in isn't suitable for your conditions, let the plant acclimate from shipping stress before repotting if possible. Plants pictured are representative of the plant you will receive, and we typically ship the pictured plants first then choose the nicest plants after that. Regardless, we won't send any plant that we wouldn't be happy to receive ourselves. Please know how to grow these plants before ordering. We assure the arrival of healthy thriving plants but we are not responsible for poor culture or growing conditions once they arrive at their new home. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of recorded delivery with photos/videos of unboxing. We are not responsible for any cold/weather damage and any shipping damages or lateness as a result of the shipping carrier selling
