Bear glass eyes moving arms and selling legs very old 18"

We rescued this old fella from an estate. He has been enjoyed. Not sure how old he is and who he was made by. Not trademarks selling that I can find.

He is approx. 18". Glass eyes. Arms and legs move. When you pull on one arm other follows. Tear in left ear. Please see photos.
