Bought used earlier this year and only used a few times. Scratches and dents were there when I bought it. There is also a line across the screen but it doesn't effect viewing. Regarding the line: it looks like a smudge on the screen when the laptop is off but when selling you turn it on, it's not visible. Comes with the charger and will be reset to the factory standards.
