Does not include original box or manual. Barely ever used and in excellent condition for its age. There is a scuff on the one side, see photo. There is also some styrofoam stuck to the cord where it meets the radio, could probably be cleaned up. Works great with a clear sound. Comes from a smoke free and dog friendly home.
