Four Patch Scrappy Squares Design – LAP QUILT – Red, Yellow & selling Teal

This lovely old-fashioned quilt was created by hand-piecing small and large print squares in an alternating ‘double four-patch' pattern. The resulting central quilt panel is set in a simple double matted frame style border. The interior border features a print with a red background with a white cluster of geometric stars print. The exterior border is a yellow tone on tone floral geometric pattern. The reverse features more of the red/white print from the front's interior border. The beautifully top-stitched lobed leaf pattern done in yellow thread complements this quilt nicely.

Size measures approximately 47” x 51”. This quilt would look lovely draped over a chair in a sitting room or bedroom, just waiting to keep that special someone warm.

Life happens, so when the quilt needs a wash, simply launder on the gentle cycle with cold water and similar colors. Do not use bleach. To dry by machine simply use a low heat or gentle setting in the dryer. Or, do it the old fashioned way - hang it on the line for that crisp air smell and longer life of the quilt!

After washing remember that the quilt will wrinkle a bit, just the way it should!
