--GETTING STARTED…
You may begin the process by purchasing a painting from my Etsy site and messaging me through Etsy, Facebook, or email. I believe customers' needs are most important when working on their piece, so I will be in constant contact throughout the process.

• PLEASE NOTE: My Pallet and me may refuse original artwork provided by the customer if we believe it to be too complex and time-consuming.

--PERSONALIZATION:
If you would like a handwritten personalization at the bottom of the painting, please let me know in the comment box. Some examples of the text include:

– Name of business
– Address
– Established
– Retirement dates

--TURNAROUND TIME:
Please allow 3-4 weeks to complete your order. If the item is needed sooner than the allocated time, please let me know and I will see if it is possible.

--FRAMING:
This listing is for a watercolor picture only, no mat or frame included. I can provide a frame and mat for an additional cost. Please note…if the painting is framed, that will be pickup ONLY. If you have any questions, please feel free to message or email me at maryehlmann [!at] gmail.com

• The actual size of the watercolor paper is 8 x 10, 9x12, or 11x14.
• My Pallet and Me paints your painting on heavyweight, cold-pressed watercolor paper
• When complete, I sign and date on the back.

--PACKAGING/SHIPPING:
• My Pallet and Me protects your painting during shipping with a clear cello sleeve, backed by 30 pt. chipboard, and inserted in a flat, sturdy photo/document cardboard mailer, and I ship via USPS.

--POLICY:
• Payment options: PayPal and credit card through Etsy's direct checkout.
• Shipping options: U.S. orders only. Arrival selling time is 3-5 business days by USPS first class, plus transit. (Due to the COVID-19, delivery times by USPS are taking longer than usual).
• Refunds/Exchanges: Paintings are made to order, and are final sale. If you have any issues with your purchase, please let me know, and we can discuss a remedy.
