Antique card case, Victorian card case, silk lined interior, Castle scene, monogrammed selling case

This is a delightful little silver-plated piece from selling the 1890's I believe. It was probably made in Europe from the scene on it which is beautifully done. The backside is nicely engine turned and very intricate. In the center lozenge is a monogram of the proud original owner. It was originally designed to hold calling cards in the two little compartments.
