Product code: Vintage 14 Piece selling Marks & Rosenfeld Country Farm Ceramic Tea / Coffee / Kitchen Counter Set, Raised Relief, Made In Japan, Farmhouse Kitchen

This ceramic tea / coffee/ kitchen counter set was made in Japan and imported to the US by Marks & Rosenfeld. The set is primarily cream in color with a lovely, raised relief barnyard scene on the front of each piece. The scenes include a farmhouse, barn with silos, cows and wagons all surrounded by lush green trees and gorgeous mountains in the background. Wrapping around the bottom of each piece is a quaint white picket fence and the backs of the pieces are made to look like barn wood. The lids for the tea/coffee pot, sugar, butter dish cover, as well as the tops of the salt and pepper and napkin holder are made to look like they have thatched roofs complete with chimneys. The bottom of each piece is marked with an "M" over an "R" which stands for Marks and Rosenfeld. Marks and Rosenfeld were a major US giftware importer and distributor who also commissioned their own range of china, glass ornaments and gift ware using various versions of the M R pottery mark between the 1950s and 60s. Each piece also includes a made in Japan sticker on the bottom. The colors used on this set are very warm and cozy and would look fantastic in a farmhouse kitchen!

The 14-piece set includes:
2 pieces - Tea/coffee pot with lid ($30)
2 pieces - Salt and pepper shaker set with plastic inserts on the bottom ($10)
3 pieces -Creamer and sugar with lid ($20)
2 pieces - Butter dish with cover ($20)
1 piece - Napkin Holder ($15)
4 pieces - Cups ($20)

All of the pieces are in excellent condition, no chips or cracks and the coloring is vivid.

SHIPPING POLICIES & MISC INFORMATION for The Perpetual Attic: (Updated 4/8/22)

As shop owner, I will do my best to describe the condition of all the items in my shop. Since I sell vintage and antiques there may be flaws on some of the items I sell, and I will note those in the item description and show them in the photos. Please check out each photo and read each items description very carefully. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the items in my shop before purchasing and be sure to refer to my "Shop Policies" section for additional information. You can locate my "Shop Polices" from each individual listing or from my home page.

I ship via the United States Postal Service with an Etsy shipping label. If you select "Priority Mail", shipments are automatically insured for $100.00. If you purchase an item that has a value of more than $100, I will request additional insurance coverage when the Etsy shipping label is generated. This will allow me to file a claim for the full value of the item should the item arrive damaged or is lost in transit. If the item purchased weighs less than 1 pound, you would then have the option to select "First Class Mail". First Class Mail does not have automatic insurance coverage, but I will request insurance coverage when the Etsy shipping label is generated. This will allow me to file a claim for the First-Class shipment should the item arrive damaged or is lost in transit.

I do my best to pack everything selling carefully so as not to brake during transit. If you receive a broken item, please notify me as soon as possible. I do require photos of the broken item, photos of the damaged box as well as the packaging. Once you send me the photos, I will submit an insurance claim with the USPS and issue you a full refund. I ask that you hold onto the damaged item, box and packaging until the claim is settled in case the USPS asks me for additional information during the claim process. I will notify you once they have submitted a refund to my account so you can discard the damage goods. If an item is broken during the packing process, I will promptly refund your money and let you know that the order has been cancelled.

Once you receive your item, I would love to see it displayed or in use. A fantastic way to do this is to provide a review along with your photos. Reviews really help small online businesses. Again, please feel free to ask any questions you may have about an item or my shop. Thank you so much for shopping at The Perpetual Attic!
