Tracing your roots is like a jigsaw puzzle. Each piece you find fits together to create the bigger picture of your family's history. I have been researching genealogy for 25 years, and there is nothing better than finding that missing piece!
This listing is for my Starter Package. This is for you if you have done little to no research on your own. This includes 5 hours of research and a report, presenting all the information I am able to find. It could include census, vital, and military records, plus any photos and anything else I might discover. Sometimes I find newspaper articles, obituaries, and marriage announcements. You will receive everything I find. Typically in 5 hours of research, I can get 3-5 generations back, depending on the availability of records.
You should receive your report in approximately 30 days, but sometimes it may be less than that! I take great pride in my work and providing the answers you are seeking in a timely fashion.
Upon payment, I will reach out to you for the information I will need to get started, like names of parents, grandparents, birthdays and places if you know them. Don't worry if you don't have very much; I will do my selling best to proceed. Whatever you know will help me begin! I may reach out to you periodically to verify that I'm on the right track.
I have experience primarily in American records, though I have had some success with Canada, England, Mexico, and others, so if you have an ancestor from somewhere other than the US, feel free to reach out to me via Etsy Messenger, and I will see what records I may have access to.
