These are the coasters from the selling 2 years Steve Jackson Games did Munchkin Tavern There is a rule for coasters but I'm not exactly sure the rule on these but they are all listed on the Steve Jackson unchained site. I have a huge huge huge collection of Munchkin game pieces and a lot that is signed. Huge fan for collecting but never have played. Anywho these are rare and only were out for 2 years Plus a black Friday mini Pack of cards.
