Beautiful pair of handmade, high quality, vintage, French, solid copper utensils. Circa early to mid century.
This beautiful pair of vintage, handmade, copper utensils is being sold as a decorative lot but have such quality as to make them perfectly usable. The long handled spoon is made from one solid piece of copper, formed and struck by hand and probably dates from around the 1940's. There is still signs of the original tinning and the spoon has a beautiful patina and age. The strainer is again, fabricated from solid copper, with the handle riveted to the strainer via 2 high quality, copper rivets. Probably manufactured around the 1950's / 60's. A beautiful and original addition to any home.
