Great set of handmade cufflinks with original vintage 20 Lire 1991 coins from The Italian Republic.

The coins have been made into cufflinks using high quality bullet back closures.

The coins and the cufflink backs are gold in color.

The coins are 21,3 mm in diameter. This coin was minted from 1957 to 2001. The coins in this set are dated 1991.


These coins are glued with a special adhesive, very strong and durable even at temperatures up to 180 °.

Like much of Europe, Italy has adopted the Euro as its currency in 2002.

Many of these Pre-Euro coins were recalled and melted and are now difficult to find.

These cufflinks are made up of:
20 lire bronze
Weight: gr. 3.60
diameter: mm. 21.3
The outline ò lined (smooth since 1969).
Right: feminine head left with head crowned with ears of corn; ITALIAN REPUBLIC around below in two lines, the names of Romagnoli and Giampaoli Inc.
Reverse: Oak branch between the value and below the mint mark and date.


The coins have not been cleaned to preserve the original patina and are in excellent condition.
