Made of 4-5 oz. vegetable tanned leather, it comes with a leather cord to knot in the back. The leather is cut with a laser cutter, providing highly accurate cut patterns selling. It is stained by hand and wet-formed to shape, then the horns are stitched in place. Finally, it is sealed with a matte leather finish.
The leather is fairly stiff, but is still somewhat flexible. The span of the horns is 12 inches, and the total height is 7 inches. It is made to fit an adult face.
The front side of the leather is sealed to help it stay clean, but the reverse side is not waterproof. If it does get wet, it may soften; let it dry in place (on your face works well) and it will stiffen again in that shape.
