selling This natural gemstone and rudraksha mala is comprised of 108 (6mm) beads – primarily pink lepidolite with accent beads of rudraksha and labradorite. The meru setting is a single pyrite bead followed by a 16mm rudraksha seed. It is hand-knotted between each bead for longevity and ease of use on double-strung muted gold-colored 100% cotton cord. The handcrafted tassel is created of the same cord the beads are strung with. This mala has a warm, organic feel due to the muted tone of the beads.
The length is approximately 18 inches (46 cm) from center to tip of tassel and the meru bead rests at or near the solar plexus when worn.
All Devi Malas are handcrafted by myself, Milwaukee designer Jackie Ratcliffe. Gemstone and rudraksha combinations are selected based on the design of the piece more than for the particular healing properties they hold. All Devi Malas are "Gayatri-infused" as I recite this Sanskrit mantra of purification during the mala's creation.
