## TERMS ##

** PLANT/TISSUE CULTURE PLANT RISK
Buyer accepts the risk associated in shipping and acclimating plant tissue culture being purchased. Buyer understands that the chance of unsuccessful rooting and acclimating is not reflective of our shop's performance.

** PLANT DESCRIPTION
Please be aware that plants can get stressed and damaged during shipping that may alter its appearance.
FOR TISSUE CULTURES PRE-ORDERS: you will get 1, 5 or 10 tissue cultured plant (depending on the plant you chose to purchase) in a single tub or a flask and tips on how to acclimate them. Mature plants are not for sale and are not included in the purchase and are only added for reference. I DO NOT ship if the plant is in poor condition or if it is contaminated. FOR PLANTS IN POTS: plants will ship in the pot and substrate/medium that it's currently growing in. FOR PLANTS IN LECA: plants will ship with stems/roots wrapped in wet paper towel and saran wrap.

Please be aware that stress and damages to the cutting/plant can occur during shipping that may alter the appearance of the cutting/plant. FOR VARIEGATED PLANT TC: Some plants show full variegation, and some doesn't show variegation at all (hence the price). All comes from their variegated plant parent and have the chance to have variegation. It's not guaranteed but it's possible.

** PLANT CARE
A general acclimating guide will be included in each order, but it is still the buyer's responsibility to research on how to properly acclimate the tissue cultures that is being purchased.

** PACKAGING
The orders will be packed using carrier's materials. If you live in an area where the weather is hot, insulation is highly recommended. There is an option to purchase insulation in the order section. Purchasing this is at buyer's discretion.

** SHIPPING AND TRACKING UPDATE
All orders will come with standard free shipping. The shop use both USPS and UPS for shipment. I highly recommend UPS Next Day Air. Buyers can upgrade to UPS through the shipping options provided. The seller will not be liable for any delay or package lost that is caused by the carrier. As for tracking updates, please contact the carrier directly for ALL questions regarding the status of your shipment. Once I ship your plant, I do not have any additional information I can provided other than the ones provided by the carrier.

** INSURANCE AND CLAIMS
Your USPS shipping amount purchase includes insurance up to $100.00 It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim for damaged and lost items. Additional insurance coverage is not available through UPS or Etsy as they DO NOT cover live plants.

** PLANT CONFISCATION
Buyer's bear responsibility for shipping restrictions without permit/certificate and USDA ramifications.

**LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
In an instance the plant arrives dead for any reason, we will reimburse 50% of the plant cost (shipping cost not included) ONLY IF you chose UPS Next Day Air as shipping method and there was no delay in shipment. Common cosmetic damages caused by shipping the plant is NOT covered. An unboxing video must be submitted to me within 24 hours of the delivery time-stamp.

** ADDITIONAL TERMS
All sales are FINAL. Buyer is aware and understands that damages to the plant can occur during transit. This can pertain but not limited to dead leaves, yellow/brown leaves, broken/bent stems/leaves and rot on the leaves/roots/stems and that I, (the seller) am NOT liable for any of the damages once selling the plant ships. The word 'plant' pertains to plant tissue cultures, plantlets, cuttings, nodes, rooted plants and anything that is considered a live plant.
I pack plants with lots of care and love. Other than specified in the "Live Arrival Guarantee" clause, there will be No Replacements. No Returns. No Exchange. No Refunds. No Exceptions. By purchasing, you AGREE to these terms.
