Excellent resinous-smokey fragrance from an amazing niche "intimate" british brand inspired by art and poetry. The President's Hat's mystic aura conjures me immediately the first Etro's formulations (of the 90's) I mean scents selling a la Heliotrope, Messe de Minuit or Patchouly (which I see all ideally blended in here) with all their charge of luxuriousness, mystery, molecular mystic dustiness and aristocratic resinousity. Really resinous concoction and a real ode to the note of opoponax, The myrrh is indeed supremely resinous, fumy, realistic and almost edible in its notable combination with spicy vanilla. The general atmosphere is so aristocratic and decadent..., so peppery-spicy, ...the main note (opoponax) is indeed probably combined with glorious bergamot, earthy patchouli, warm ambergris, cinnamon/cloves, pungent cistus, wax, a touch of reeky olibanum and woodsy resins in a mix almost sticky and liturgical.
