Ballpoint selling Pen, Pilot Laureate Model Japanese Vintage

The Pilot Pen Company is Japan's oldest pen manufacturer, and Pilot pens are some of the finest everyday pens in the world.

This pen, the laureate, seems to be rare and unique. I haven't found one like it. The pen is exquisite. The deep burgundy colour has a slight marbled finish and selling is embellished with gilt trim. The black ink runs smoothly and clearly. It is easy to get refills for the pen.

It is in very good vintage condition with slight scratches to the gold trim
