Looks gorgeous clipped on formal gown neckline, dress, coat, etc. All I know about the designer is her name is Sylvia. Art Deco style. Measurements are 2” wide x 2 1/2” length. The round center stone I'd 7/8” in diameter, the other 3 large stones are a little less than center stone.
