Stunning 1970s showpiece! Fitted, empire waist, long sleeve black velvet bodice with high rolled collar. Amazing quilted psychedelic print silk maxi skirt. Bold, vibrant colors! Tie belt with print on one side and black velvet on the other. Back selling zip. By Dynasty, made in British Crown Colony Hong Kong.

There are some small stains, one on the top of the skirt and the others at the hem as shown int he last 3 photos. These do not compromise the wearability of this piece. We did not attempt to remove and is priced accordingly.
