Originally handmade for America's bicentennial in 1976. Top Measures 18” pit to pit. Top is 15.5” shoulder seam to hem. Sleeve length is 16” pit to cuff. Skirt length is 35.5”. selling Waist is 11.25” but has two tucks that can be let out. The only flaw I found is faint stains on the left sleeve ruffle. They blend in very well.
