TERMS OF SERVICE

Shipping is via USPS priority unless you purchase an upgrade at checkout. I am a medical student and also work a part time job, I ship within 5 business days. I will be shipping from Alabama.

Please plan to be available for the arrival of your plant so it does not sit outside for additional time.

Damage due to delays are outside my control. 

If you live in a place with extreme weather, please do not purchase. Plants do not tolerate extreme temps. Most of the time heat damage occurs when the plant is delivered in a mailbox on a hot day. Make sure you have a way to get it selling in a timely manner, or you can opt in to pick it up at your local USPS.

SHIPPING STRESS AND COSMETIC DAMAGES

All plants are packaged with the upmost care. I do try and recycle as much as possible, so some of the packing materials may be reused. Please note, some leaf damage and plant stress should be expected, as these are live plants being shipped in a dark space and are subject to rough handling and sometimes extreme weather. We package with care to reduce as much risk as possible, but we cannot guarantee how the plant will handle the stress of shipping.
