Growing up with a German mother, I've always loved these hand-embroidered pieces. Especially as the tapestry looks so striking on the black background with its jewel-like design.

I cannot overstate the superb brand new condition of the set, which comprises a zipper compact & comb case with mirror. Pristine, spotlessly clean and free of any odour! Ready to use or display, this would also make a lovely gift to a Collector of powder compacts or for a lover of German tapestry beauty accessories.

The set comes with its original gold cardboard box (no lid) which is in good-fair condition. However it has done its job well in protecting the special contents.

Compact is 3.5" or 8cms diameter and the comb case is 4.5" (10cms) long.
