I am subletting a one room apartment in Charlottenberg district at Meiningenalle bus stop (M45), Bus 143, U2 (Neu Westend) and Edkea are in the walking distance. S bahn westend is ~1.5 km easiliy accessible by M45 or 15 min walk.
This is for short term with possibility of extension, hence you would be staying as visitor and selling Anmeldung will not be possible. However we could make subletting contract if you would want.
Apartment is on the 13th floor in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, over, microwave, stove. Living room has bed, computer table chair, cabinet etc.
It is available from 1 January 2023 til March 2023 with possibility of extension. All bills ( heating, electricity, internet) included in the rent. There will be a deposit for one month of rent which is negotiable.
