Vintage Framed Small Cottage Oil selling Painting

This is a very sweet vintage framed oil painting of a small cottage scene. Done by artist Vicki Dibben (regional Southern California artist.)

The original 2" x 3" oil painting is on cotton canvas board and framed in antique gold frame with interior wood molding and black velvet matting. Signed by artist within image and her original paper label is also on inverse of panel. Wall mount hardware affixed to back

Made between the 1960's-70's it is in very good vintage condition. A few minor scuffs to the gold frame, but painting itself in excellent condition.
