Vintage, Redmon Picnic Basket & Snack Table, Stamped Redmon, Peru Ind., Classic Redmon, Diamond Weave Band, selling Wood Lid, Double Metal Handles

This classic, vintage, Redmon picnic basket is a beauty! This lovely basket has a honey brown weave with a diamond weave band in the middle . There is metal trim around the opening of the basket with matching double metal handles. The lid is wooden with brass hinges and selling it opens on both sides. There is a woven, rope trim at the bottom and the bottom is also wooden. Inside the basket, there is an elevated snack table with 4 peg legs to serve your picnic on. There are 2 areas where the weave is loose and a slight stain on the back. The bottom of the basket has some staining as seen in the photos. Overall, the basket is in good, vintage condition. This is a wonderful picnic set which is perfect to collect, stack, display and use.
