Authentic Whiskey Barrel Guitar Hangers are the perfect piece to help show off your precious guitars! We know how much musicians care about their instruments and we put that much care and effort into our pieces to make sure they are just as much art and unique as your guitars. We put an emphasis on quality in every piece to make sure you get exactly the piece you are looking for!

Dimensions:
36" staves - vary 2 1/2" - 4" wide

Hangers:
Comes with foam padded adjustable hangers that allow for the hanging of guitars, basses, violins, mandolins, ukuleles and majority of stringed instruments.

Stave Selection:
We use only hand picked authentic whiskey barrel staves from barrels we tear down. Each stave is checked for defects or imperfections that can't be fixed then sorted by size making sure each guitar hanger fits without overhanging the edges.

Sanding:
Each stave is cleaned and sanded 360 degrees with 120 grit followed by 220 to help give the best finish possible but still making sure to keep the unique characteristics of each stave.

Pre-Drilling:
Once the stave has been sanded we pre-drill the mounting holes for the guitar hangers and the stave allowing for a easy installation process. We then re-sand the the stave to eliminate and tear outs and spurs from drilling.

Finish:
After the stave has been sanded, pre-drilled and cleaned off we hang the staves with wire and finish it with at least 4 coats Varathane Semi-gloss Interior Polyurethane. Once we are happy with the quality of the finish the last thing we do is use 600 grit sand paper on the entire stave to give it a smooth to the touch finish.

We offer free shipping on our barrel stave guitar hangers and ship them USPS Priority Mail 1-4 Day shipping. We use a USPS provided 38" mailing tube that allows us to provide the great protection for our every shipment. We can offer expedited shipping if need which can be selected at checkout.

Installation:
We created our hangers for easy installation and include instructions and everything need for a proper installation. Each order comes with Two - 2 1/2" Dry wall Screws, Two 75 lb. Toggle Drywall Anchors, and Two - 1 1/2" Drywall screws for each hanger. We pre-drill 32" as we suggest mounting into studs if applicable but provide drywall anchors if not. Our hangers are delivered requiring some assembly to help keep shipping cost down and provide the best protection during shipping.

Please remember these are made from Authentic Whiskey Barrel that were no longer deemed usable for making whiskey. Some staves may have superficial cracks, dings or other small issues. We make sure that any stave we use isn't structurally compromised by any of these cracks or dings before we use them. Also with all wood products finish color may vary depending on each piece of wood and the natural characteristics of the wood such as knots, holes from bugs, and natural color variations.
