Elsa from Frozen 1 Ice Dress! Originally from Corsea. It was purchased a handful of years ago to start a party business that never took off- it had been worn maybe once in doors and to try on. The skirt is fabric is absolutely stunning and sparkly, however the gemstones on the top have yellowed and are starting to fall off.
