The Mavica ( Magnetic video Camera) was a brand of Sony cameras which used "removable magnetic disk as the main recording medium ' it was actually a video camera that took video freeze frames. The top of the camera shows XGA, MPEG MOVIE, VOICE MEMO, COPY, EMAIL, STAMINA UP TO 1500 SHOTS, UP TO 2 HOURS OF BATTERY LIFE, 1024 768 PIXELS, STEADY SHOT, 14X OPTICAL ZOOM, QUICK ACCESS FD DRIVE 2X.
