Rare antique French altar crucifix made of brass and bronze, ornate religious church ornament

Late 1800s

Found in a private chappel of a Chateau selling in the South of France

This is a standing altar cross with Jesus Christ, 2 saints and floral details
The design is fabulous, all sculptured in fine details

The top part is made of bronze
The base is made of brass

A very rare and original religious antique cross!

Sizes: 9.2 inches high (23cm)

Much prettier in reality than on the pictures, believe me

In a good condition, as shown on the pictures; just some slight wear to the patina with some verdi gris, nothing serious, this does not detract from the beauty of this pretty crucifix

Would make a perfect religious gift
