How to order:

When adding this to your cart, you will be prompted to add "personalization". In this box, include the name, weight, height, & date.

After your purchase has been made, you will take photos of your hand/foot prints and send them to me via messenger. Please ensure that the photos are clear and include measurements. (see the listing photos to see how to measure the prints).
