This cup has been bagged since I purchased it and there are no scratches or marks at all. One emerald green "scaled" cold cup. This cup has a white straw, translucent lid and is 24oz. One purple domed holographic cold cup. These acrylic cups also have a tendency to scratch and ding very easily.
