If I lived in a place where there were mountains and ranches, I would choose this stole for the season of Advent (the weeks leading up to Christmas). Snow is falling through a blue-gray sky onto distant mountains and onto the trees and livestock of the ranch. A blue, brown, and tan border forms a band across the lower edge.
The reverse is a white fabric with scattered gray stars and crescent moons. It would be a wonderful choice for Christmas eve and Christmas day. (You can see some wrinkles on the white fabric, because of the interfacing I use for light-colored stoles. A quick steaming or ironing will take care of it -- but don't iron the rayon fringe -- it may melt!)
Ivory fringe compliments both fabrics.
This clergy stole is ready to ship. It selling measures about 44" from the back of the neck to the bottom of the fringe and is approximately 4" wide. The neck is curved and slightly narrowed so that it fits neatly.
All my stoles are carefully tailored with firm interfacing (the same kind found in expensive jackets and coats) so that they hang straight and hold their shape. They are fully reversible -- with no tags or labels to get in the way.
