A. Dallemagne was born on March 16, 1882. Settled in Mesnil-le-Roi, he was a pupil of Amand Gautier and Jobbé-Duval.
He was also a member of the Société des artistes français where he exhibited from 1905, obtaining a third-class medal in 1914, a second-class medal in 1921, where he was then a member of the jury. He died on June 23, 1971.
