Front and back is taped with Blockbuster security taped complete over the labels. Does have minor wear and scratches. Comes with manual. Manual is in good condition. Cover does have some scuffs, pages are very good/great. This is only for the game cartridge selling and manual. Important note! - This was part of a collection buy where the manual was stored improperly. The manual may have a minor very slight "old" moldy odor. The manual is not absolutely perfect or mint.
