A gorgeous Victorian portrait plate of an Renaissance woman in classical garb of the day. She has beautiful blue eyes and red hair wearing a fancy feathered hat.

The frame is 16.5" diameter and the image, on a porcelain plate is 6.5 inches that I can measure, but may be a bit larger inside the frame.
A 19th century painting in generally excellent condition

CONDITION: Please zoom in on the photos. There are no cracks, no chips on the plate, could use further cleaning.

This is very fragile and must be packed appropriately, I will not squeeze it in a small box to lower shipping cost,
