Vintage Chatillon's Improved Circular Spring Balance Milk selling Scale 30lbs, Industrial Decor

I love this brass scale! It's imprinted with "Chatillon's Improved Circular Spring Balance to Weight 30lb By Ounces, Milk Scale, Each 10lb is marked on the slide. The intermediate weights on the circle. Warranted New York." Brass is tarnished but in very nice condition. Rustic hook and hanging ring. An attached lead tag with 19 imprinted on it. Total length from ring to hook is 15.5" Scale weighs 2.6lbs. The back is painted black but is chippy and rusted. Very industrial appeal. This could be used as a nice addition to a hanging basket or plant. Hang a tin pail for dried flowers or cloth napkins. Who knows! Photos appear lighter when reflecting light.
