Antique Traditional Indian / India Hand Carved Wood Print Block Stamp Fabric selling Textile Wall Paper - Intricate Floral Pattern - Use or Display

Large decorative antique Asian / Indian collectible:

~Hand carved wooden print pattern block features a very intricate floral or flower pattern that looks to interlock with itself to create a continual seamless pattern run should you desire

~ It appears to be totally useable should you want to play around with wallpaper pattern printing or stamping, framed print making, textile stamping, card making.....- or it would make a great display item or paper weight as well

~ Attached matching carved handle piece is nailed in place with two large nails

Measurements: The print block bottom is very roughly 8" x 8" and it is about 3" tall when sitting flat from the bottom of the block to the top of the handle

Marks = None that I can find

CONDITION: Good vintage condition - the handle is intact and sturdy - but has a gap on the bottom side and leans a bit. It very well may be origianal to the piece. Easy fix, should you feel the need. There is an area of chipping and/or skipped finish/finish damage on one corner of the handle, but it doesn't affect use at all. One side of the handle is unfinished - and some skipped areas of finish on the back side by the handle - original to the print block. Print surface is in great shape given the age - no real issues to mention at all.

View & enlarge photographs to closely inspect fine details and to determine the amount of patina, and/or wear. Most older pieces by nature normally have some degree of both and, unless severe, aren't considered damaged. I will sure note anything glaring or distracting.
