Please do not use my pics. Not Thrifted No estate sales Family owned and Stored. The doll appears to either be from Japan or Germany. Some people have listed these as Frozen Charlotte, Googly, and/or Penny Bisque. May or may not have wax remnants on the bottoms of feet to stand upright. Waxed areas can attract and/or have dirt/lint (such as hands/bottoms/feet etc.) I am not a collector and only have some surface level info at this time. any friendly and honest tips?
