Brass is back and it's super hot right now! It is 100% likely that that these mismatched brass fireplace tools are not from the selling same set but, if your style is eclectic then, it won't matter to you.

The Japanese made fireplace tools that came with the stand are the brush and the shovel. The other two pieces appear to be the "odd tools out". The William Shakespeare toasting fork and the poker with the man and dog, were likely made in England. All parts are real brass save for the weight that is in the bottom of the stand, the inner rod of the stand and the tip end of the poker. I have washed the pieces but, I did not polish them. The pieces show patina as well as minor scratches. The brass toasting fork has a broken tine. See photos for condition.

The stand is dainty - measuring approx. 7" wide x 7" deep x 26" tall and weights approx. 5 lbs.
