I've had this for a minute and didn't want to let it go. So I put it on to do a YouTube video and now I can finally let it go. There is some makeup on the collar from the other day but I don't have easy access to a laundromat so it will come out but just fyi. Tag says it's a size 8 but see pics for measurements. I am a solid small and it was a little loose on me. So a bigger small and medium this would be great for. I have never seen another one like it and the internet hasn't either.
