This flower ceramic tile featuring wild violets can be used as a decorative wall hanging, as trivet for things hot out of the oven, or it can be used as a cheese plate. You can cut right on the surface of this piece.

In the meaning of flowers the violet flower is a symbol of faithfulness and love. It would make the perfect anniversary or wedding gift.

I collected the flowers in the early summer during one of my daily walks in the gorgeous Vermont woods. I have tried to impress the serenity of my walk into the clay and bring a bit of my love of flowers into your home.

This pottery piece was made by pressing fresh violet flowers into stoneware clay. I hand painted the tile with food safe glazes. The hanging tie is made of natural hemp.
