Shipping
All custom and original artwork is packed by yours truly with great care and shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS. Tracking number and insurance are included with selling your purchase.
New paintings commissions usually take 3-4 weeks to paint ,dry and ship so please take that into consideration when ordering .
Shipping upgrades and rush orders may be purchased for an additional fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want nothing more than for you to be happy with your original artwork! I will be sure to stay in touch with you throughout the process to make sure you're pleased with the final product before it ships. Any revisions can be made during this time.
Due to the time consuming labor that goes into creating each commissioned piece, I cannot offer refunds on custom work once the final artwork is shipped.
Insurance will cover your loss in the case that your package is damaged or lost.
