Stangl pottery Big Top selling circus theme ashtray

Fabulous Stangl pottery square ashtray designed by Kay Hackett. The Big Top ashtray features selling a giraffe, clown with balloons, and a seal balancing on a ball.

This item was introduced in 1955 and in production until 1957. Would make a great candy or nut dish.

Two glaze flaws shown in photos. Otherwise in excellent condition.
