A quietly elegant regency dress in ivory Silk cotton with crossover design, eminently suitable for the Jane Austen character in you.

Made from a shimmery soft ivory cotton-silk blend, it's a ballgown dress for your regency parties and balls. Its embossed leaf pattern throughout will glow and move beautifully during dances and while promenading the ballroom. The golden border on the skirts bottom adds the accent needed to complete the elegance of the lady.

This dress is historically accurate for the regency period of mid 1790s into the early 1800s. It flattering and easily fitted to most body shapes due to its crossover/kimono bodice design. It also features diamond back design, gently gathered skirt waist, off to the back shoulder seams (instead of right at the shoulder top as in modern design), and short puffy sleeves that are the hallmark of regency ballgown.

As pictured in Marianne's screenshot, it is easy to add embellishment or brooch to the front waist area to instantly make you the lady of the ball.
