Vintage Ladies yellow Gold selling cultured Pearl and Diamond ring.

This is a striking 10k yellow gold ladies ring set with a cultured pearl and 2 small accent diamonds. The ring has a hand engraved Florentine finish. The band is fairly heavy, necessary as the 2 swirls at the top are not attached (please see photos). Although this ring is not strictly speaking 'adjustable' it can be adjusted within a size or so. The selling ring is vintage, it was probably made in the mid 1960s.
