•Please note due to handmade nature of this item and due to slight size variations in beads, there may be some slight imperfections and character to the pieces.

•Pairs of earrings may not be identical due to imperfections or intentional design, however great care has been taken to ensure the quality of each piece.

SHIPPING
•Shipped 3-5 working days of purchase
•All packages ship through Canada Post. Passing customs, your national postal service will take over.
•Default shipping method that we use is called "Tracked Parcel". Tracking number is issued so you can follow your package's progress.

- For default shipping services, delivery times are estimated as such:

- Canada 3-5 days
- USA 7 days
- EU/UK 8 days
- Other 14+ days

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

•Tracking & receiving their packages, scheduling redelivery or picking up packages from a post office if needed.

FAQ

Packaging

•Pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap, brown paper in a paper envelope mailer.

•Please reuse bubble wrap and brown paper if possible!

•Once these supplies run out, I will be swapping to eco friendly packaging including compostable mailers, brown paper “bubble wrap”, a stamp instead of sticker or tape and twine



CARE

•Store earrings in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve color and longevity

•Avoid getting these pieces wet, as although individual pieces are waterproof it may compromise the integrity of the string and weaving. Do not wear swimming or bathing

•Avoid contact with perfumes and lotions

•Wash earpiece/finding with solution of alcohol and water or piercing sanitizer/cleanser, can wipe with a cotton bud or Q-tip

•Take general care to not tug or pull on pieces as breakage may occur



CUSTOM ORDERS

•If you dig my style and products but are looking for something custom or slightly different, please reach out to me via Etsy inbox or send an email to bjocreate [!at] gmail.com with a rough idea of what you're looking for

•Pricing will vary depending on the size, shape and complexity of the item you would like

•Price to be finalised before the work begins

•$15 non refundable deposit must be paid before work begins, this amount will be removed from the final cost of the item.

•Custom beadwork pieces also include the $5 donation to Persons of Native American descent (Please see above under “Donations”. If selling the item is over $100 in value, donation is raised to $10. This is non negotiable and cannot be removed to reduce the price of the item.

•Turnaround for custom orders once non-refundable deposit is made is 10 – 20 days.
