Like new from my personal collection. Should be complete. I glanced over the instructions to make sure. I am human, if you see something off or missing please let me know. If I remember correctly 1-2 pieces were missing from the factory and I replaced them with spare legos I had. The only one I can remember for sure is the stick for the pirate flag on the raft was missing. And is supposed to be black. I replaced it with a gray one I had.
